Pretty sure that's meant to be the chimera, which is a test template for making mod characters. If you copy its folder from the Mod Examples folder and paste it into the Mods folder, it will show up in pulls in the game.

I expect the latter. I unsubscribed long ago on their patreon due to how long it took for so little new content to arrive each time.
I seriously adore their game though! Which is why I'm disappointed.
