Well, after playing the new version I am happy to see the game had plenty of improvements and QoL changes.
That being said, I would STRONGLY suggest that you try to make the base game feel less barren before putting more effort in adding more content. For example, the fact that you made the npcs actually approach the player is a great step foward.
Here are some suggestions:
1. Adding more dialogue/text: I know this one is kinda time consuming, but pressing the "kiss" button and the game just telling you "you and x are kissing" is really boring. While having a visual in the background is nice, there is no much difference between playing this game and just googling "boobs" and getting 300000000 results.
Same with talking, something like this takes away the illusion of the character being an actual person.

Some simple dialogue, maybe based on the topics the npc likes, would make them feel alive.
2. EVENTS!: You have a sandbox without too much to do with it, filled with a lot of characters who really don't do much. Just small events here and there would really make the world feel a lot more alive. For example: we could find an NPC masturbating, and depending on our and their dominance level we can take part on it, or maybe they force us to help them. Or we could maybe be studying and another character kinda wants to take our attention, maybe to flirt, maybe to bully, maybe they straight up try to give us a handy below the desk. Another freebie: maybe an aggresive npc is bullying another, and we can either fight and be the hero, get defeated and humilliated, maybe it was a close fight and the bullied npc takes care of you.
3. The stats: PLEASE change them from being random gains, this game is really grindy and while usually that doesn't annoy me the fact that while training you could have either a +1 or +4 on a stat is really annoying, in the worst case scenario you take 4 times the grind.
Also, it would be great if you added the stats you win or lose whenever you do an action (in green and red respectively). Trust me, not only will make players feel better because they are gaining stats (goblin brains likes numbers going up), but it would also be great to distinguish which kind of actions do what (I suddendly lost 10 dominance without realizing, had to go quite a few saves back, I think it was because I refused to fight because I knew I would lose, but I don't know).
Whatever you decide to do, good luck and keep the hard work!
