The free way to do so is to sleep in a bed, which advances time and resets your vigor to max.
The other way is to buy Endurance potions from any potion seller.
Are you going into a fight with full endurance and are burning through it all in 1 single attack or are you starting with low/zero endurance and losing the fight instantly?
I don't think there is a way to increase the size of your endurance pool. It is what it is, which is around 25-30 points.
If you are just low on endurance, sleeping will restore your endurance. Also, you can purchase Stamina potions which will restore your endurance and you can use those any time, even during combat.
If you are attacking once, burning through all of your endurance, then collapsing in defeat, I would say that is a balance issue in combat. I played as a wizard and never had any problems with endurance (or mana).

Some of those bugs were loadbearing, it's the whole reason I had to rebuild the game.
Fixed the office thing. Just doing some more testing to ensure that it you can change the laws.
I fixed that in 2.0, which I'm finishing the last few things I need to get it released.

The forest witch or the tentacle monster.
If you ask npcs they lead you to one or the other.
If you want to bugfix cure it, grab a Natural Potion from the cheat menu. It resets you to your "default settings" more or less. It's what the witch sells.
I think I've fixed that in the upcoming update.

I have decided that, in order to not deal with the headache later, to completely have every scene in the game working to some degree. I've seen a lot of posts that X is broken despite the bold text on the main menu saying that areas that are not on the mainland and below Fort Reach are unfinished.
To that end, the following events are causing 2.0 to not be released:

I really should keep track of the bugfixes. I'll try to do so moving forward but hopefully there aren't many.

Small question, could anyone guess why I don't get the prostitute with Annette option?
I go to the Britmor Housing District, I've caught Annette fucking around there, and even did the "get in line" option once.
Whenever I go there and Annette is there, the only options I have are Leave her Alone or Want to Fool Around?
I remember previously having the option to prostitute yourself with her, yet I cannot seem to get the option to appear at all.

I tried GitHub very early on and I couldn't make it work because I sucked.
I may give it another go
I'll take a look, I might've broken something with that.

Git is hard. It is built around a usage model that is a bit more complex than most people will do. As a result, it has a somewhat steep learning curve. Getting the best out of it requires having your brain be screwy the same way it is, and getting there without help is difficult. It does have its benefits, and luckily a lot of mileage can be gotten from the first chunk of learning - you won't need any of the complexity that sets git apart from other version control systems for this. I've used it for over a decade, and currently use it in my day job. I would estimate that I've only gotten about a third of the way in, and even that much is overkill for dipping your toe in and getting meaningful benefits.
All that is to say: bouncing off of a solo foray into learning git does not mean you suck, and the benefits it offers mean I hope you do give it another shot.

When you have the office job in the castle unlocked, you can use the golden pages to change some of the laws in the city.
I think it was broken/disabled, since that quest line was being reworked.
If it has been fixed: Work in the castle office/archives and there should be an option to slip a new rule in to be voted on and applied to the city. I THINK you have to do it on a Friday and the rule should take effect starting the next Monday.
I don't know if it is all working, but you should be able to use the telescope to see shots of the new rules in effect.
Does anyone know where to meet Bede after triggering her dream talk? Might have been answered before, but I can't find mention of it by search and don't want to manually go through 100+ pages.
Also, where do you take the captured nun for the goblin army/corrupt nun? Going back to the goblin lair or Thesaur has no new options while hauling a captured nun.

She should appear while interacting with a bed.
The nun should be taken to the temple basement, I need to do another run to make sure everything works right.
