Err, its an FMC game, you play as her, essentially.....and no. She is not dominant much, unless you are asking about the way she treats her supposed boyfriend, but even then its attitude not action...so far at least in my playthrough, she is the one who gets dominated mostly (though I prefer to think that she is okay with being submissive than anything else)
