I know I always picked the 'accept' and 'yes' options at every turn so I can't figure out what might've caused her to suddenly refuse corruption. And been digging through comments on here, others ran into that too, but not seeing any solutions? Did the earlier chapters changes somewhere to create some trigger that is now not-set? Do I need to fully restart the game? (Because while I like the plot, it isn't so full of choices and randomness that I am enthusiastic to play through it twice).

I've run into the exact same problem. I'll try starting over again and let you know if it helps.

Edit- yep. I just ran through the game again from the beginning and now every option is available. Strange. There must have been an error somewhere earlier that was fixed in a subsequent update.
