1. Use Dicktator (another genitalia add-on probably works too, but I haven't tried it).
2. Pose the penis until the entire shaft evenly clips at least 50% into the character's body.
3. Put on a piece of clothing that has a high polygon count.
4. Set both the clothing's smoothing and collision iterations to around 9.
5. Once the clothing is relatively smooth around the bulge, turn off visibility of the penis and its shell.
6. Voila.

Note: If you change the pose of the model, you will again have to adjust the position of the penis underneath the clothing. I'm sure there's a way to save the bulge into an actual clothing morph, but I haven't bothered to look.

It just adds a Dforce Wind node to add pressure to the clothing so that it wraps a bit more tightly to the genitals. In theory, adding Dforce pressure would show more detail since it forces clothing to wrap around the shaft, head and veins more tightly.

You can save it as a clothing morph by simply exporting that finished shape as an OBJ, then reimporting with:

(reverse deformations on in options, and set limits 0 -> 100)

Alternatively those with Marvelous Designer can export the g8m+dicktator and treat them as a single avatar surface, then conform the pants and do the same morph loader above.

I still am having a little bit of difficulty but I think it's because I don't have the right pants asset. In any case thank you very much!!!!

IF there is NTR planned for the future i hope it's fully avoidable , the only way i don't mind NTR is either if i am the one doing the NTR ( which means the protagonist hooks up with someone else wife or gf also known as Netori) or if there are choices that will lead to NTR and those choices can be fully avoidable.
Forced NTR = Big No , for me
Avoidable NTR = I will play and avoid it
No NTR = I will 100% play it
Netori = I will 100% play it

I saw in the main section that there is NTR / Netorase content but it's fully avoidable which i will fully avoid.

no one cares , you saw the NTR tag in the game , you can leave easy , we don't go to harem games and cry for NTR , you should do the same , no one cares about your opinion either you play or not buddy
