So much promise, and even with the guise of options and choices, you really are extremely limited.

For one, I would much prefer a higher number of options inside the VR's, including battles, and the extra curricular (trying to be as spoil free as possible). If our future is dependent upon how we do, let us have control in that. Let us make the decisions to improve a score, or suffer the consequences of losing a battle or two. Even prodigies aren't perfect. Maybe when it comes to the extra curricular we get the choice to follow or go off script. Maybe we just want to explore a good ole 'Ready Player One' Oasis. Maybe we have an axe to grind and want to test fate with how off the wall crazy we want to be. Call me crazy but I think there's something to be said about a top fan just chasing whoever is on top of the leaderboards, regardless if it's the MC or not. Gives you something to strive for, if that's your thing.

Secondly, the harem. I get it.... but at the same time I don't... I generally prefer to have a strong deciding factor in which members are introduced into my harems due largely in part to exactly how picky I am. Maybe I want to play hard to get, oh wait, nope .... already doing it .... no say ...

Thirdly, I get it, it's pretty much a VN, which I generally avoid because of the linearity that is often included. Your path is chosen and there's nothing to do except enjoy pictures. But I do wish a little more freedom was optionable. Maybe I want to specialize a little more in tech, especially following the events leading to the extra curricular activities. Maybe I'm on a mission and really don't care about making a harem, even if the women are throwing themselves naked trying to be claimed. Maybe... just maybe... I'm a corrupt, evil-minded, dick, that wants to cause true pain to everyone... (Geoffrey from Game of Thrones). But let me choose the path I follow... Let me decide if I actually betray a close friend.... Maybe I want to get deep in extra curricular... Maybe I want to replace the current heads.

Good game, those are my main gripes.... Enjoy the art style though the overly exaggerated nipples / areola detract a bit.... and I should know, I'm a huge tit lover.

I love the story and the settings. I love the scene MC play as james bond and his opponent playing the bond girl. How they work together and compete at the same time makes it so interesting. I don't think a game needs a lot of branches to make choices important. The early chapters offered enough choices and variances to feel good but the game turn into a kinetic novel in the recent episodes. There are no gameplay and no real choices now to keep the game interesting. The only thing left for me is to find out how it ends. Unless the game has more choices or gameplay to offer again, I will just jump to the ending without playing episodes in-between.

I specifically remove VN's from my searches for games because I do not understand how you can call a VN anything other than a sub-rate porn cartoon for people who obviously want to forget how internet searches work. ---- Keyboard warriors don't even bother replying to this .... it is my opinion and I'm entitled to it....

Sadly the VN's are where the better art designs are and concepts (albeit, generally a extreme lack of story)

This goes with regular console games as well... gone are the days of getting a good game to lose yourself in with opportunities, instead is the era of the souls-like VN, where there is only one path... and it's not the one you want.....

You're not wrong... and generally I avoid VN's ... every now and then I do check one or two out. But you can add more choices in VN's and still offer multiple endings, thus a good majority of my post is still relevant.

VN's are generally on rails, it's sort of the definition. I generally prefer VN's because I hate branching paths where i get locked out of content and dev expects you to play again. 90% of the text/conversations are the same, but you're supposed to go back and do it all over for a slightly different result. BaD lost my interest when he forced me to make a choice. still a superb game, but i just don't want to have to go back and do so many paths over again.

Damn, that was a comment from 2022. Sadly, there's something you could consider NTR depending on the applied definition: One of the possible LIs is being blackmailed/coerced to be barely less than a prostitute/plaything working on behalf of the decan.. I quite didn't like that part, but given that it brings sense and depth to the overall story, I just skipped the scenes I didn't like and kept reading.

ok...i'm a little confused by the sandbox/timed portion. It says i need to pick and choose, but i've been able to talk to every single person in both the first two portions. Am i missing something? or is it just a system that's gonna get harder later? Especially the second one, i had like 41 mins left...shoulda let me go hunt down the girl i didn't choose first too. also, it's 6:30pm and my next thing isn't til midnight now...ive spoken with everyone available currently...can someone randomly show up somewhere at some random arbitrary time that i should be somehow waiting for...i'm really hoping not...but i know calista showed up late in the first portion so i dont know what to expect.

Alright...I'm starting to feel like this might one of those games where the bad guys end up taking advantage of all the girls and you spend the whole game watching them get abused while trying to find a way to save them... If so i'd like to know so i can get out now. There are seriously at least 3 characters Aurora and Emily and Charlotte that appear to be lined up for bad shit on top of the one Calista that's already in it. Am i gonna spend the game trying to keep them all from getting sexually abused (coerced) like calista? I wouldn't normally ask for cliffhanger spoilers, but i am incapable of reading anything that i like without getting absolutely immersed in the world adn this is one topic i don't want anything to do with. I watched a GF go through this from an adoptive father when i was 16 (her father was the DA and her mom was the sheriff so there wasn't fuck all i could about it other than try and pick up the pieces either) and i'm not interested in the amount of anger and pain that i would have to deal with to read that in a porn VN...even though i really like it so far. If it's 1 character for a short time and i can get them out i can handle that, but if it's gonna be most of the game please let me know...you can dm me to tell me if you want to keep it out of the chat. It could be literally anything else and i'm fine. I really hope i can keep playing this cause the premise is very interesting to me. Oh, and if it is what i'm afraid of...you need to add corruption (or maybe blackmail??? is that a tag), rape, and maybe NTR to your tags, honestly you should already add them for what's happening to Calista, NTR is a bit iffy since you only fucked her once...wait twice, and it is certainly not a committed relationship.

EDIT: I just made it through the first dark vr stream and it was tolerable if that helps with what i asked.
