If you mean bluetooth connectable toys, it's only the shock watch thing. Beyond that, all dildos, masturbation sleeves, buttplugs, gags, etc. There's a lot.
Succudev has already said that VS will never connect to the internet. But, you could do this in other ways, like with normal remote desktop programs.

Then.... How do you upgrade to the new version and still keep settings and such? Or is there no way?
Edit: Decided to merge the files, overwriting with the new ones. It seems to be working so far, with same options and everything. So not sure why the installation instructions say that.

By doing exactly what the instructions say to do. The settings are stored in your AppData folder, not the one where the program is, so they'll be preserved.
Merging the files *might* work, but it can also introduce non-obvious bugs sometimes (as a general principle, not just a this-program thing), which is why the instructions say not to do that.
You aren't upgrading or overwriting. You either delete your old copy, or create a new folder. If you are using 7-zip there is an option when extracting to dump it straight into a new folder, that's all you need to do. Your savefile is not kept within that folder, it's saved elsewhere.
I have a few games left with chastity on, but while playing with chastity my game crashes. Is there any way to disable chastity? I can't finish this challenge properly because the game crashes

No. It doesn't say anything about support, nor has it ever been brought up in patch notes. The only "toy" that it can control is the Pavlok shock watches. Maybe make a suggestion about it?

Actually, I think I remember his mentioning urethral in the same vein as chemplay - could push people into doing dangerous stuff, so it's not in the plans.
