From what I know, the default.txt is pointless, so don't worry about it, the Vfem ones have data about the girls they release in case you want to ask them, but the Paco girls doesn't because there are 7-8 girls per release, so then again, it's pointless.
The 2 .brain files are really important because one has the main structure and the other one has the states, and also each release must have their own ones.
I think the getpreset is used for conditions and to unlock stuff, but somehow the Vfem releases doesn't have one but the Paco releases have it, I think it's because he uses it to let you unlock girls and a 2nd stage on his releases, that stuff.

Virtualfem have Flower Tucci, Misty May, Teagan Presley maybe...
Paco made some packs about big booty girls a few months ago.
