Game doesn't start up at all. It always says "file corrupted" I've deleted it and downloaded it multiple times. It also said you needed RPG Maker VX Ace RTP and I have that. Is there anything else I could be missing?

you need to go into Control panel -> Region -> Administrative and change Local to Japanese before you download the game.
