I'd also like to see the H part be acutal part of the gameplay, cuz right now (and its same with moon rhapsody) u only get it basically when u lose not only that but u dont get a long cutscene either in case of moon rhapsody it was a few second hscene and then u get yeeted to main menu wich to me was a big dissapointed, i'd love if this game had hscenes that were actual part of gameplay not something u get once u lose, nobody likes lose to see hscenes, right?

Does it work like his other game where you have to keep holding the down arrow key to keep the loop playing? (A bit of a retarded feature, but is what it is)
The dev is known for being coy when it comes to the porn content in his games. For whatever reason he doesn't seem to enjoy drawing sex and wants to keep the content as light as possible in that regard. Which is quite... dumb, I think. Vivid Dead, even without the clothing destruction, is way tot seedy to appeal to the average gamer and while their certainly are people that ironically get their rocks off by getting blue balled, most esteemed coomers do want to have good quality explicit material in their games.
Vivid Dead has very good gameplay compared to other H-games but it lacks the H part. Without it, it needs to compete with other 2D-sidescrollers, such as Hollow Knight or Cuphead. The gameplay in the demo is nothing to write home about but the purpose of a demo is to generate interest and to hopefully get a few people to support you in your endeavours. But what he released is the worst of both worlds, the gameplay isn't good enough to carry the game on its own while it is both too lewd for the average Joe and way too tame for the average H-game enjoyer.
It's just the reality of the situation. If this were a world where this content was widely socially accepted, then you'd definitely see a lot of high quality content. But it's not, so your potential pool of creators is already really thin. And then your pool of creators that are actually any good is ridiculously tiny, since the good ones can just take their talents and make something that could make actual money.

Play this with a controller if you can!
For me it fixed all the issues I had with wonky controls, it just lends itself way better to being played on controller rather than keyboard.
The way I see it there is nothing that would prevent the dev from making the game with a Steam-friendly censored version in mind while still giving people the goods they crave through an off-site 18+ patch like most steam ero-games do at the moment, it'd be the best option that would allow you to tap into both markets without either having to agree to an unsatisfying compromise.

Fully agree with this too. I enjoyed the demo immensely and still do but I also hope the game's direction will correct course a little over time. There is a slight sense of the dev being at odds with himself and his fanbase and I can understand that feeling, but it's not gonna do him any favors since as soon as you remove the porn you will leave your niche and be in direct competition with thousands of critically acclaimed games that do the same thing - pretty much what you said and what I've been thinking too.

I think I'd rather have something unique and memorable rather than yet another cg/gallery collector in the sea of mediocrity these games usually have. If the porn is disappointing at least I can have the gameplay.
You underestimate the hate boner many average players have for lewd content, even if it's not explicit. Just go read some comments on the steamworkshop pages for risque mods and you'll see what I mean. Many who upload mods with such content will either disable the comment function or delete negative posts but on pages where the author doesn't do either of that, you'll get flooded with spam making fun of the mod and its users.
Vivid Dead has an anime aesthetic, a cat girl as a protagonist, skimpy clothing and big bouncing tiddies. Three strikes, even without any sort of nudity or sex. It makes no sense to appeal to the 'normal' players because for them, Vivid Dead already takes it way too far. It's better to go all-in, either tone down the lewdity until it's completely gone or dial it up to eleven. A middle ground is not really possibe since it's such a devisive topic. I think the dev is more acting according to his own vision / taste here which in this case is a bad business decision, imo. The issue, however, lies in the advertising: You can't make a porn game with a homeopathic amount of actual porn in it and expect potential players not to complain about this. That'd be like making a walking simulator with one scripted sequence where you hold a gun but calling it a shooter.

I do wonder how the author is going to balance development with this game, alongside the previous Moon Rhapsody project.
It's nudity than actual h-scenes at the moment.
The answer is: he's not. Moon Rhapsody is on hold and has been for the better part of the past year and by all accounts it seems he's just kinda lost interest and doesn't know what he wants to do with it, hence this project showing up to replace it for now. Apparently a part of this is from the scale of the game expanding far beyond what he originally intended. Vivid Dead is shorter and mechanically less complex so he might actually manage to complete it.

CheatEngine usually works on almost any game for me to do that, if you haven't used it before you should do the first few tutorial tasks it has built into the software to familiarize your self with how it works.Sooo, question Pls: Does anyone how to "lock" Hp?

Also worth mentioning, CheatEngine gets a lot of false positives from AV, don't use it if you aren't sure or can't verify if it is a false positive
I tried once but I´m not good with computers so it seems pretty complicated to me . . . Is there a way to download a "pre cheated" version?
Not so much in hentai games I don't think, pre cheated trainers are more for main stream games that have way more players, although some of the guys on F95 occasionally make them from what I've seen in the past, so it's not completely impossible
