There's plenty of ACT H games with the balance already struck, to great affect. It's not hard to mimic or adapt their H mechanics into this H game or even this dev's previous overhead H game. Going as far back as Parasite in City in 2014(?) to the more recent example being the H game: Syahata's Bad day. The formula is pretty easy in fact; 3-6 H enemies per level, short levels, various gameplay mechanics to make the gaming aspect fun and keeps you moving forward at all times, while also introducing new enemy types and maybe even mechanics. Things such as statistics, mind corruption, transformation, oviposition, impregnation, etc.
Right now this H game has too much game, too much flashy cool shit, platforming and getting gud that most people who subscribe to H games don't give two shits about. There's a core audience for gamers in H games but that's a minority. Just as how too much H content minus the game would be too boring, though that's rarely ever the case with ACT H games unlike HRPGs. It's pretty obvious this dev likes to be very wow with his H games, I kinda wonder why he doesn't just make a SFW ACT game on Steam, though I think maybe he realized there wouldn't be as much money in it, heh.
Still, currently these H games have too many segments that stall out the progression. Backtracking, boss loops, punishing time waste platforming and checkpoints, no clear designations on where to go, grinding for power ups and money. It's pretty much mandatory to use the cheat engine table to enjoy this H game as an H game, unless you're a gamer, which is a bad sign for an H game. Dev needs more focus on the H aspect, or this is another gallery game in the making once the recollection room is implemented.
