A few notes:
1. No Wm = No Volkor WM.
2. Level 2 = No Wm (most of them anyway). Level 3 = No Wm/60 FPS/Color Enhancements (only applies to animations Q3 2022 Onwards).
3. "Exclusives" files include animations not in the Level 2 and 3 files. I tried emulating Volkors archive for maintenance reasons, so apologies if this seems confusing
4. Tried my best sorting by year. Animations were sorted by characters/franchise so resorting took a while.
5. 2019 - 2020 may be incomplete, not sure, so if you happen to have missing animations, I'll see if I can fold it into the files.

Level 3 is everything from Level 2 halfway through 2022 - Present, as Volkor didn't introduce Level 3 benefits until around that time. So 2019 - 2021 don't have Level 3 benefits. Wasn't sure which tier people would want so I compiled both tiers

Yeah, exclusives include "missing" animations. Some were included in the base files but I excluded them and just folded everything to the Exclusive files Volkor released during 2022/2023.
