Just posting to say that the 1fichier link worked for me and I was able to boot up the game with 0 issues on my Quest 3 through SteamLink. I found this thread and almost didn't try cause all the most recent messages about these links were that they were dead or had to be tweaked to get it to work. Remember to change the controller keybinds in steam vr to match your controller or it won't work right.

i tried to learn mouse +keyboard control. seems like i cant really understand how it move, rotate, walk, almost everything.
i dont ever know how touch blue light head icon that indicate you can interact with it. i left clicked and right clicked on it. no response.
so far the thing i undertand:CMIIW
-i read if you center the camera target on object , if you left clicking means yes and right clicking means no.
-left clicking while dragging to rotate your camera
-right clickg while dragging to zoom in and out
- arrow key similar to zoom in and out and moving?
-numlock 2 4 6 8 to rotate your camera really slow and 5 to center it
- \ / to tilt your camera, > to reset it
is there something i miss? even i mentioned the things i know, i still awkwardly control everything.
need some guidance from people to master this control
time for me to save money for a year to buy VR headset ?

Looks like I'm another victim of the game not working.
It opens for a second, the console does it's thing, but once it says "ChainLoader Setup Complete," the game icon that appeared second earlier disappears from the taskbar.
I already tried using the tutorial provided here to add the game to the steam library, opened as admin, disabled anivirus, used Japanese localization, the 1.31 version also provided here doesn't work. I'm on Meta Quest 3. If anybody could help me with any idea of how to make this game work I'll be grateful.

The new game is now available to purchase including on Steam. It's only a matter of time before we start seeing the results and reviews.

It is technically from another company, so at a minimum, another thread would keep it all separate and reduce confusion.
I was thinking about buying it, but seeing the first reviews... It seems like you can finish the content in less than an hour, and it costs 40 bucks...

€42.80 with the discount, €53.50 official price. I think it's too expensive for such a short game... They've really gone too far.
I can see the reviews being in 'mostly positive' which the rating is the same as the original. Unsure about the completion length while i also agree the 2017 model still looks way better than the current despite the improvements. I'll give them some slack since it's a small studio but they could also do a bit of a better job. Guess it's the modders time to shine
As for the pricing, mines $68 cause i live in Australia and i wish i can afford it for about $40 lol
I mean the old game is already pretty pricey, but you also expect the quality to be better and numerous content with that price
Yeah, the previous one is quite expensive too, but it came out at a time when the game was quite notable for its looks, and the interaction was pretty good. It took me 3-4 hours to find all the scenes, it wasn't too long, but... It seems like you can finish this new version in just 1 hour by completing all the content, it has fewer items of clothing, it's nothing new like it was with the previous one...
Its price is way above what I'm willing to pay, and I think that's going to significantly affect people's perception and reviews on Steam.

Well, in the end, I decided to buy it and I'll return it when I'm finished. I hate doing something like this. I'd love for the game to be a success and for them to make more, longer, and more content-rich games. But I can't help but feel the price is a real rip-off.

Make sure you have SteamVR set as your OpenXR launch mode.
I tried Virtual Desktop, and the first time it told me to change the launch mode. After setting Virtual Desktop to automatic, it worked perfectly. I only got as far as the menu; I haven't tried starting the game yet, but I imagine it will work without any problems.

Half an hour of boring and tedious gameplay, in some locations I caught problems with animation and T-pose. Not worth the money, $10 is a fair price. Fanservice only after watching the subtitles.
