The latest case was a line of malicious code embedded in the game's files, that goes undetected by AVs, that sets a time bomb on your PC to detonate (auto download a malware) on date X/2025, which then scrubs all your browser data, including active sessions, saved credit card information, login credentials, etc.

There's literally a warning on the main page of the site about it...



I'm just warning people not to blindly trust "heroes" sharing early links, even more so now that we've been having high frequency of attacks.
