I even think it's a good idea, but it would fit more with the rape tag like: FMC is kidnapped by the mafia and raped while they record and after they finish they send the video to her husband, but it strays too far from the NTS route of the script so it's very unlikely...

Thinking about it now, if the author were to focus only on the couple's future experiences (sharing Mc's wife) and ignore the mafia more, he (the author) could use this mafia issue to make a spin-off game telling about Amélia and Mc's past with the mafia, how they met and how we got to vulgar reverie (the game would be more of a romance tag, of course, but it would serve to tell the story of the two).
I'd like to see her try to seduce the nerdy 18yr kid next door who is a former student and needs some tutoring
