It's already translated although still MTL.
But I heard the MTL was good based on this.

It seems it is not in this version uploaded here. It is in 2019 released version and it can be accessed without clearing all routes. I only cleared two routes and the option is there.

is the 2019 version you speak of the one posted here or did you download it elsewhere? If so could you tell me where?
