I really liked the bathroom scene with Tomoe; it was very appealing to me. I'd love for there to be a scene with the same atmosphere either with her or some other girls. With regards to threesomes, maybe Sheila and Takamura. (Would Takamura + Tomoe or Keiko + Sheila be to far-fetched?).
