The tags reflect the content that is already on the game, none of the instances you mention qualify as such.
One of the fundamental traits of NTR is that you are meant to feel sorry for the character being cuck by way of making you aware that their relationship or sentimental attachment is being destroyed or corrupted in some way, with the victim ussually being made aware of it.
However, YOUR personal feelings to the characters themselves doesn't matter, only the character's feelings do.
Take Minami as an example, at the the time of her potential rape, she was considered an annoyance that needed to be dealt with by the MC, she getting raped on the train was even an expected outcome by him, the only reason he stepped forward is because (in the only route rigth now) the MC ends up with guilt for leaving some girl to such a fate, but there was never a romantic or even friendly interest from any side, that came afterwards.
Were that to be true this discussion wouldn't exist, but some obviously do care.

That is why I hate when people fuck up terminology. For the third(?) and hopefully last time: NTR, Netoare is the destruction of a relationship, usually in stricter interpretations romantic) by the seduction/rape of one of the partners. A lot of the hatred comes from the immersion in the protagonist, a visceral hatred is a fairly natural reaction in that case. Then theres people identifying with the middle character, usually the girl. I won't get into that one here, this derail is bad enough already.
The emotional response to a piece of literature / movie / game is ultimately subjective, but there are statistically signifcant clusters. Certain types of story and actions invoke predictable feelings in most viewers, to be infuriatingly vague here.
Edit to clarify: I would have described myself as more than competent 5 years ago. But most of that knowledge is completely irrelevant to my job, and thus more hazy than I'd like.

I don't know why you decided to do this with me when I thought we could just drop it on a "we both disagree with one another" note. I don't know why you felt the need to pursue this one. It should go without saying we're not going to change one another's minds.
-The reason I'm saying the scene regarding matoko calls for the ntr tag is because it falls under netori and ntr is the universal tag for it here.
-If you're arguing the definition requires the individual have a chance, you did not look carefully enough at the definition. It only requires that the relationship be close enough that jealousy is a factor. The term is ambiguous enough to cover: your sister, mom, or even crush. Also, we could dig into the philosophy of what it means from our perspective and his perspective. Clearly he at least thinks his own odds are high enough that he delivers a love letter, so even if we don't perceive him as a possible relationship candidate, he obviously considers that of himself.
