Just when I thought the tutorial was over, the game ended too haha

This game would be better if the dev later let you move around town to interact with the girls, otherwise no one will be happy with the little content the updates will bring because I'm sure the dev won't be able to keep up the pace if he also wants to maintain the quality.

If they don't abandon this game, it's also going to need an update dedicated ONLY to optimization, three songs playing at the same time where they shouldn't, extremely slow when switching between dialogues, everything a bit weird, I had to go and edit the audios to stop the train, it was driving me crazy.

I love the game's art so much that it makes me think it's going to be one of those games that ends up abandoned, they're all the same, great art but with devs who disappear.

I found that patch from this post, the game works perfectly on android in joiplay with that patch.

Open it as an archive, drop the "game" folder next to the game .exe, overwrite when asked. Done.

don't know why dev made a windows only release when he is using renpy.
but it is easy enough to fix.

download windows version and open the file
/game/script_version.txt
it says (8, 1, 3) which means this game is using renpy v8.1.3

now search your f95 game folder for (8, 1, 3) and find a bunch of renpy games with the exact same renpy version.
let us say you found a game called "gamename" which has the same renpy engine version.

copy gamename.sh over and rename it to WaifuCrossing.sh
it should be placed in the same folder as WaifuCrossing.exe

go to the /lib/ subfolder of gamename and copy over the /lib/py3-linux-x86_64 folder to the /lib/ folder in WaifuCrossing.
go into that folder and rename the executable from gamename to WaifuCrossing without an extension.

you now have a windows/linux combo release. you can delete the .exe file and the /lib/py3-windows-x86_64 folder if you want it to be a linux only release.

game is laggy and the music is going nuts

true, it's also not mapped to the audio sliders in the options menu, so you can't even turn the music off

go to /game/ folder and rename the /game/Music/ folder to something else like /game/Music-off/
it will disable the music. as a bonus the sex sounds will remain as they are inside /PLAPS/ folder not inside the /game/ folder

ok as far as games go, this is awful. but the art is so good...
honestly. just go to /game/images/ to see the pictures and fap directly.

Not finished and realistically might not be finished for a long time. This artist is one of those kinds of artists that'll start a project but still do their usual commissions and such like normally so it's best to think of this like a side project more than a main focus project. There's a couple scenes in the demo so if you just like the art you'll probably like it, although the current version can be slow for a lot of people because of the animalese generator it has ingrained in it that wasn't optimized. You can just pull the images from the images folder. The story is just porn logic so don't expect a really good slow burn romance or something.

Nah, actually there have been updates on his Patreon. In November he said that the art part was almost finished (it seems something happened to his arms, he said he's almost recovered). Two days ago there was another update about the game, but that one is for his Patreon subscribers, so if anyone can see it, it would be great if they could share what the Dev said.

You need to remember that he's doing this all as solo as he can while also doing regular art, commissions, and the like. Being almost done with the art of the next part means he still has to do all the programming and writing in renpy and such.

Considering that the developer has already made and finished several short games, I'd say he at least finishes what he starts. He also has several comics, so I don't think commissions will be a problem for him at this point.

At least I want to be positive about it; I like his drawing style.

Hey there!

I hope you guys had a great new year.

I bring some interesting news about Waifu Crossing development.

The new update is going well, the art part for Clover is done, like, the new illustrations like this one and the animations. I'm close to finish the extra stuff I want to include, like Belle's bonus and other. But I have enough to start writing the script, so the new update is finally close to be implemented.

The android version is slowly taking shape, we had to make the dialogues line by line so this will take some good time.
