Not sure how it happens, but I think it's when you're in another menu and hit the Esc key it takes you straight to the hospital. Wouldn't be a problem if I could figure out how to load a save I made manually (how?) but it IS a problem when it happens and I lose the half million dollars I had and it auto saves mid nurse fuck so I can't reload a save and get the money back.

keep your pleasure bar filled it depletes over time, if emptied you blackout and go to the hospital and lose all money.

if you are playing the dance arrows mini game you can miss like 10 arrows in a row before blacking out. i think on the customization shops it will deplete over time as well

I think they are getting reworked for the new skin system. The furry girl option is missing still unfortunately but probably also being reworked.
The new system is far superior at least.
