For those wanting to run the apk on PC there are android emulators that may work, I have tested Bluestacks and it works unless you have a potato for a system. There are guides out that can help you out and some may waste your time but yeah...

Kinda? Once you create your 3D Waifu there is a dialogue scene where she poses but you don't get to choose she just poses. I'm guessing that very likely it'll be a future feature but don't count on it because I'm not the Dev
