I'm also confused i don't think any other scenes are available for the demo, but it says there are 4 more. i thought getting 500 NTR rating would change it but no. i think it relies on the clothes.

EDIT: figured it out. its supposed to be for the wedding dress but you can only get that in the full game.

You can also use something like Mtool to clip to the bottom left and do the Wedding Dress game. Not that its really worth it.

I personally think that NTR Gameshow is better cuz in that you can actually save your waifu/gf by doing the puzzles quickly while in this one you need to get Cucked to progress to next level
