Right now, everyone on the team is doing internal pre-release testing. We are testing not only new content, but the whole game from start to finish. Dozens of old bugs and visual glitches have already been fixed (we hope that not many new ones have been introduced). Changes have been made to gameplay and balance. We wrote about some of them earlier. Others are less obvious. But, in general, it will be easier for new players to play. Old players, I hope, didn't have a problem with it anyway.
Overall, the size of the final version is average, about 15000 words. The problem was not its size, but its very tight integration with the rest of the game. In any case, due to the extensive finale system, it's unlikely you'll see even half of this content in a single playthrough. More like a third of the content.
Also, we have a small problem. The proofreading for the English localisation is delayed. So, there are chances that we will release the alpha version without proofread text.
In any case, the release date of the alpha version is final and will not be moved - it is the last day of January.
