Worked for me.
Basically go to the path in the comment. Delete fog3.png. Thencopy the file 0フォグ3.rpgmvp into the same folder and rename it to fog3.rpgmvp then copy it again and rename to fog3.rpgmvp

There is bug on the gaming with fog images, unless someone fix this, I can't update.
Yeah but the issue is no one has a fix for it and it effects alot of the game also
I mean the if its only the first town then you can just play through it in a untranslated ver and just swap over to mtl ver. Becuz it seems like mtl is breaking the game

unzip the file to the your game location image/parallaxes folder. it should fix the fog problem

We mean, on the final version there is the fog problem but not fixable with old methods.

in the pictures above i have done the renaming and everything, still broken, tried just about everything, i just want to know how to turn off the MTL and just have it in JP at this point, google translate on my phone works better then this crap
Nah but honestly i think its ok to just reupdate it i mean if the first town is the only issue ppl can get through it with jusy the jp version just like i am going to.

Uhh go to ci en and go until down until you see the 1.05 version its 100% free and not a slow download as well
