Most if not all the scenes have not been unlocked, you can teleport to the recollection room by pressing 'O' and flip the switch to unlock them all, or go through all of it yourself ingame.

I thought the Player-insert character was only average. I was sorely mistaken, man's got the D of a true H-game male protagonist; he was only limited by the timer of the brothel before.

You can buy contraseptive items that can prevent pregnancy from hospitals, but the only way you can prevent birth is to not use the "Birth" skill, going to the hospital to give birth or just trying to avoid getting hit in the belly by enemies and having a miscarriage.
Thanks, game looks good but getting a miscarriage is a bit too brutal for me xd
