I've arrived at the conclusion you want to play a different game to me (from your responses I think you've reached a similar conclusion).
I play a porn game because I want to play a game and I like that there is some cracking horny porny art thrown in.
So I like the puzzles and even quite enjoy interminable trailing back and forward to work out what the fuck to do next.
By the time I get to fapping stage I'm quite likely to abandon the game and look for other inspiration (the porndude perhaps).

Problem is this is the only way I know to play this game so your earlier post did nail the fact it is a complex game.
For what little it's worth by the time you get to level six and have good relationships with most of the NPCs the art comes thick and fast (I love the English language).

I intend plugging away at this for some time (I'm sitting in a flat with bugger all else to do in lockdown);

The developer needs to stop whatever the fuck he's doing and re-do all the quests. Then he needs to add more quests. For example, the grandma needs help finding her sheep, but jesus WHERE THE FUCK IS HER SHEEP? Why isn't finding the sheep in the quest log? It should give you a hint of where to look. Stupid fucking game. He needs to get off his lazy fucking ass and fix his game.

I tried playing without any cheating or alt tabbing, and after 2 hours I'm still level 1 with the same four starter quests. It's impossible to progress in this game without a walkthrough. It's fucking impossible.

EDIT: I don't want to sound rude or anything, but I appreciate all your help. Your guide & your further explanations should at least help out a lot of other people who try the devs game in the future.

Ah, the Sheep quest is annoying until you find out all the hiding spots some don't make since as they are not locations in the forest. The sheep hides by the ironheart manor, at the entrance to the badlands, on the left path on the tower map where the ghost roam at night, by the waterfall in the forest, an area below the slime cave. I honestly never got why the badlands and manor hiding spots were chosen as they seem to be outside the clue given in her chat. Tbh, the granny is one of the most annoying character to build a relationship with because you have to do the same quest a lot just to build the relationship with scenes.

There are other scenes
A lot of NPCs start with blowjob scenes but as you build the MC's relationship score with them further options become available

I really don't know, I rarely use galleries, bit of an old school game player, just plug away at it interminably and hope
