This game currently has male and female NPCs and feminine with boobs and cock NPCs
This is a list of female NPCs I am aware of that Krowly can have repeatable sex scenes with

Additionally both Fina and Melissa (females) can magic up dicks and have sex with the MC
One quest allows the MC to grow boobs (these can be optionally removed in another quest)
So the MC can become a feminine male with boobs having lots of sex (mostly with females)
Losing encounters with male/female with cock enemies will lead to sex
A lot of the events and encounters are easily repeatable so you can skew the game in different directions
So this is primarily a male MC having sex with female NPCs
Almost all non-straight sex can be avoided
If you are only interested in "futa on male content" this game has some but it may be a bit sparse

I feel that games that just show a pretend pregnancy scene are missing the point same as how breast expansion scenes are sometimes temporary you want a character to change based on your actions i would prefer a preggo potion and birth potion rather than just one scene where something is changed temporarily.There's an post from BG's Patreon about pregnant belly, here it is the post with an image of Juliette with this ''pregnant belly'':

So I decided to go with sperm inflation idea people were suggesting several times. Similar for the scene with fairy, under the effect of the spell or potion Krowly will be able to shot a lot of sperm during the sex scene, so girl will be getting big belly. The spell (or potion) will be very unstable, and won't be working every time, - this will be in-game explanation for zero effect on the characters that don't have pregnant illustration yet. In sum - if Krowly will fuck Juliette under the effect of the spell she will look pregnant for a while. Later other characters will be added, including different outfits. For now I only made naked Juliette version
For those who don't like pregnant bellies it will be easy to just not use the spell (potion).

I am only aware of a single image where the MC accidentally gets a voyeuristic glimpse of an NPC with a (probably) pregnant succubus - does that merit the tag ?
There's also the pregnant plant-woman, who can be encountered more than once and without combat.

I find the pregnancy/cum inflation plan kind of odd as I'm sure the game does an x-ray when you cum inside Carla for the first time.
I don't have a system where I can test this, but I whipped up a batch script that should AFAIK work under Wine.
If you can give this a try (run it from the same directory install.ps1 is in) and it works for you I can add it to my mod with the next update.
also the pregnant goblin and half snake women. Which at that point, does it not warrant it? they are in the game. games have that tag with far less.

yeah, it seems to work! I haven't checked every individual scene yet but the gallery room in the scrolls is there and the few scenes I have checked work. Perfect, thanks!
