RPGM - Warlock and Boobs [v0.507] [boobsgames]

Taking hours of grinding to get enough affection for 1 characters 1 or 2 lewd scenes is horrible. It also takes ages to get gold to buy health potions and it takes even longer to level up. At level 1, you barely have enough hp to take on more than 2 or 3 slimes before losing. zzzzoh, and if you get caught by bandits with eric during training, you will almost certainly lose since they spam blind and attack down. Lost all of my gold like that. Fuck this game, its unbalanced and takes too long to get anywhere

My only gripe is that the game can be really hard or even annoying sometimes, unless you know how to play it. However, art is amazing, content fits my personal tastes greatly (I would love more orc action though) and when you get a hang of things it goes fine, some grind reduction would go a long way though.

Far too grindy. That and the lack of direction are the only real faults, but they're big enough to provent it being above average. Its simply asking far too much repition for how little actual content there is to see (the lucky girls will have 1 boobjob scene then anal or oral and very rarely both and like 3 girls have a few scenes that happen on certain days/when you wake up you have little control over; mostly your sister).
Quite a few will have just 1 scene.

You just walk out, talk to whoever you want to bang, then find her when time moves forward and do it again. Sometimes you can't do any interaction that moves time or gives points, so you need to find someone else. You have no way to tell where anyone is beyond physically exploring the map for every time period, with like 6 per day. You don't move very fast. The town has a lot of doors with black out transitions that add up.

The sex:
The dev is very hyper-focussed on tit jobs and anal. Sometimes blowjobs. Maybe like 4 vaginal scenes and I feel like that's actually being too generous and that's when including characters other than the mc fucking.
You have a lot of women with more or less the same body doing more or less the same acts with more or less the same attitude (extremely casual sex). The one singular girl who doesn't fit this is just super tsundere to you for no apparent reason. There's very little backstory given for anyone so you really have no idea why she acts like this to you and not the towns only other guy who actually fucks.
If you like this body type (massive tits) and those acts, its pretty good. Especially anal. MC will cum like 5x as much with anal than anything else.
If you don't like big tits, anal, titjobs and blowjobs, ie you are here for vaginal, the game is straight up not worth playing. There's very little here for you to see.
Some other characters fuck and you can voyeur. They do that vaguely ntr-ish thing where everyone who fucks has a bigger dick or cums more than the mc. Its not an NTR game, but I'm still not a fan, its weird when characters talk about how big the mc's dick is when he has the apparent smallest in the town, with one girl being a few inches bigger and another having a spell to summon 'a horse dick '(a human dick but its much bigger than mc's) .

This stands out since the mc is supposed to be some kind of magic man and should be able to fix this with his magic which he says at the start of the game is specifically sexually, but he just never does. His backstory is pointless. All the writing is. Everyone is so casual and blase about everything, there's no urgency to anything, no one cares who fucks who (except that one singular girl who gets all tsundere), a mom will casually force her daughter to suck you off and then in another scene say she was planning to fuck her own kid and her kids reaction is to do a sexy face.
Personally this atmosphere is my favorite part of the game. A world where everyone is a casual swinger would be nice. Its the main reason this game stands out from all the mc is the only guy harem fuck games out there.

tldr;

Inconvinient overly intense gind.
Decent sex scenes/character design if you are into big tits, anal and outercourse.
Very bland and lazy characterization and world building, but I like that about it.
Somewhat disappoingly small dicked mc (despite having a big dick, since it still manages to be smaller than anyone else).

Atrocious grind, mediocre gameplay, bad writing, no gallery viewer, and all the women have the same body type.

How does anybody even rate this higher than 3 stars? The only good thing about it is the artwork.

Very good one here in terms of content, scenes, and art, but goddamn the grind is painfully slow. I eventually caved in and cheated to speed through the rest of the game, and i would recommend that you do too, if you play this (or if you like your porn games to deliver at a snails pace, than feel free to ignore this.)

Terrible game. Extremely grindy. Has no sense of what incentives are. If you lose to female NPCs you still get to sex. Extremely punishing. Lack of real dialogue - i.d., do quest, get points, click "flirt" and you get to see boobs; lacks foreplay.

If you like anal sex, this game is definitely for you. If you dont, stay away from this game. The game is pretty good and the cg are awesome, but there are just around 3 vaginal sex scenes and 20+ anal sex scenes. (mostly futa/male, male/male or just male/female fucking anal).

Near 4 years and still my 1st option at playing in this forum. Excelent backstory, stories and quests, EXCELENT ARTWORK! Cant ask for more, cause always is on improves! Congrats to this creator, is a 10/10.
Only expecting more of the best from the best

Warlock and Boobs doesn't want to be a game about being sex god -- the intro to the game specifically says it's not a harem game, even though there's at least a dozen women you can have sex with. Instead, you're the local wizard-in-training in a small village that really, really likes sex.

It's aiming for giving the player the specific experience of being a normal-ish guy who has a lot of sex because everyone is a having a lot of sex that is behind the big complaint people have about this game: the grind. In the case of relationship-point locked scenes, I definitely think it's a problem. There are a fair number of scenes with relationship requirements so high that you wouldn't know they existed without a guide. The game desperately needs a hint system for scenes you haven't experienced yet.

When it comes to combat, it's not so much the grind as the random elements of combat. Even the basic fire and ice spells have a 10% failure rate that is going to screw you over surprisingly often. You can tell that the game doesn't want combat to be trivial (which is why fights don't give experience, so you specifically can't grind your way out of needing to worry about them), but the result is you're constantly tempted to save-scum combat instead of waste more time getting back to a hard fight.

So given this pretty glaring flaw, why is this still a four-star game? For as frustrating as the way the game limits you can be, the game really succeeds at nailing the local-guy-has-sexy-adventures vibe it's going for. I've played through this game twice now: the first time I cheated like hell, and the second time I didn't cheat at all, and I enjoyed the second time a lot more. There's something to building up a routine of getting your dick sucked by the neighbor girl in the morning, then going off to fight some big-titty fairies so you'll be horny enough to both fuck the local nun in the ass and titfuck the mayor's daughter that evening. It's a game with incredible art and a lot of sex (once you know where to find it), which puts it above a lot of other H-game RPGs.

It's worth noting that the game's approach to sex isn't going to be for everyone. Warlock and Boobs takes a more is more approach to sexiness, and that goes way beyond the massive busts on nearly every woman in the game. That gay filter is there for a reason: if you don't use it, you're gonna get fucked in the ass way more than you'd think for a game with as many big-titted women as it has on its cover banner. (Related to the game's penchant for pushing into weirder sex, the game is weirdly averse to vaginal sex. There's a ton of anal scenes, but only a handful of vaginal ones. Even the neighbor girl's one vaginal scene is locked behind a high RP requirement and a random chance to trigger.)

In conclusion: Warlock and Boobs is great at delivering a sexy adventure for the MC, but has some glaring gameplay flaws that will bounce a lot of people off the experience. I really recommend giving the game without cheats a shot, but if you really can't stand it: there's an in-game cheat room, which is pretty easy to find if you search the thread for this game.

Art is great but the combat and gameplay can be a little grindy. Of course that's easily solved by cheating with third party tools or entering the cheat room. I also appreciate the filters that the game allows you to have to hide some of the content in the game you wouldn't want to see (gay, futa, preg, etc). The updates come in fairly regularly and there are signs that the creator wants the project to be in the end fully or at least partially animated.

Wow, I really love this game. I downloaded it at played more then 13hours this weekend. I really look forward to the next versions.

Maybe the Stepmon of our beloved warlock comes to town? Or the City need more people so you have to impregnate Fina and some others. That would work the the babysitter and tutor activities..

The stor is ok nothing excepitonal by any means but gets the job done.

But WHAT is the developer THINKING with the eternal grind? And when so many people have mentioned it in their reviews why oh WHY does he not change the game to make it less grindy?

You grind for ages for any relationship building or sex scenes it's really ridiculous.
Change that. And the game can be good.

Keep it. And the game remains extremely subpar.

Definitely worth trying!

Amazing artist, nice fefishes and characters, but BG should add some kind of story, otherwise the player just wanders around the village looking for sex. For example, give him a reason to travel to the orc village, make the sorceresses or succubuses more central to the game, involve some of the villagers like Erik or the sister in it.

This is one of those games that's good in everyway except for the actual game part. The art is basically the only thing elevating this to a 3/5 stars. The gameplay is extremely monotonous and obtuse. The writing is translated so don't expect much from there either. What this game would benefit from is a more focused story and gameplay to match, because the current state of the sandbox sucks ass.

I've become a avid fan of this game and always been looking forward to see the new content and updates and the quality of the art is fantastic, colorful and clean. I give this 5 stars as its still one of my all time games I always replay on F95zone.

A great entry into RPGM, great for people (like me) who used to avoid RPGMs usually. Good story, good amount of content and a well received free roam aspect. This game probably covers all niches, which seperates it from most games focused on a single category. Tends to crash sometimes but that's what most indie games come with. Love the frequency of updates Great game overall.

The art is great, the story is good, because the game lacks of a story, the only objective is try to see and fuck everyone or even be fucked. But the grind is unsoportable, you can play for a one or more to get just a boobjob and kind of weird because if you play with the gay content enabled the guys fuck more easy than the girls, if you show your butt to the store owner he will fuck the MC in that moment, but for the girls you need to grind hours building a relationship, hours to get money, doing the garden, dungeons, cooking, etc. And the lack of a gallery is the worst thing, if you miss something you will never know, and even if you want to see again a scene that happen only one time, you can't.
The lack of a fullscreen support, if you play fullscreen the art will look weird or even pixellated, if you play in windowscreen the screen will be tiny if you make it bigger the art start to look pixellated.

If you're into the kinks here (Big boobs, male trans, bi/gay) then you're likely to enjoy the content. The art is good, the writing is fine, but the big issue is the grind. Without cheats, you'll be doing the exact same tasks and dungeons ten or more times just to receive a single scene. Which is a real shame, because the sexual content itself is good.

I really have liked this game in the past. It's probably been my favorite game on the platform just because of its art and balance in kinks. Lately, the creator has been updating some kinks that I'm not necessarily into but believe me guys if you have not played this game there is plenty of content for everyone.
