It seems my problem is similar to the issue in these two links, and interestingly, this problem only occurs with this game, while other games have no issues...But is there a solution to this problem?

You can spy on Fina through the peeping hole in Astra's room, but not actually enter her room, IIRC.
As for the boob massage scene with Astra and Fina, you can watch and fap and that's it.
Nope.
Unless Boobsgames has changed his mind then there won't be one either.
The close you'll get to that is that's maybe someone will finish the gallery mod once the game is done but that could cause unforseen issues so do beware
