Why even have the option if all it does, is skip the CG while gay sex occurs? That's like those games claiming NTR is optional but your GF is just getting fucked behind your back without MC seeing it. What a joke.

Also thats a valid critic. It says it can be turned off from the game. Like completely remove it from the game.
If the game however still acknowledges that the gay scene happened going forward, but without CG, than it's not really turned off.
Also I was reading the changelog and it's all anal.....again.
The artstyle pulls me in everytime when I see the game occasionaly and everytime I get dissappointed that this game is all about sissy, futa and ANAL content. The holy trinity of things I don't seek in my porn games.
I need to get that in my skull and stop coming here.

How much transformation content is in the game? From the tag I assume either the MC can be transformed in some way, or there's options for starting gender?

This has nothing to do with weather you like or dislike ntr. Fact of the matter is, don't advertise something being optional when it really is not. According to reviews, MC is getting anal fucked and fantasizing about gay sex weather you want it or not. It simply blocks the CG while it happens.

I follow the game with pleasure but I am very bored with the futa, gay and anal scenes. I think some vaginal scenes are necessary. Some NTR, some swinging. New scenes can be added to the characters with few scenes.

I think you might have used wrong setting. There are two settings, one prevents scenes when possible, other just hides pictures. There might be some scenes that sneak in, but I usually try to avoid it. The femboys and futas still exist in the game world, so be warned
Dev is finishing this one and then moving to the next project
