So, I'm curious. Does anybody know if there's anything to do with the dragon statue missing an eye in the goblin caves in the area just before the bandit mines? Man sucks that the game looks terrible in full screen mode, and having it on the small screen size just isnt "immersive"
okay so i found out if you hit f2, a popup comes up, select start in full screen, it is way better than pressing f5 because that way its to pixilated, while the other metod its much "cleaner"

That's not a great idea. As a rule you don't want to run anything as admin unless there is no other option.
What you've done is put the game in a privileged location, maybe somewhere in "Program Files" or similar*. If you really want to keep it there you should go to the right-click properties of the game folder and give full control to the "Users" group. It would be simpler to make a folder like c:\lewd-games and keep them there.
*This also applies to Apple machines or Linux, though the paths will be different.
