The 'cuck' ending with high love & respect was magnificently solid...
I actually haven't played that route yet with lower stats...
The 'cheating' ending was pretty ok, if the stats are low. Not my cup of tea though.

Yeah, the love and respect meters... choices raise or lower those, and depending on the path you picked, higher works better than lower, and vice versa. There are different dialogs and scenes based on the love/respect levels and choices.

I liked the older wife. She was older without entering gilf territory. Wish this wasn't abandoned.

I'm playing through the cheating/NTR path, on the camping trip, and I really like the fact that there is at least one other man in the game suffering from having his wife cheat on him (a hot Lena Headey type at that). So many of these games make the NTR'd protagonist the center of the universe, like he's the only one dealing with crap and everyone else is perfectly happy in their relationship.

edit: the game is abandoned without delivering on the NTR path? I had max love and ok respect stats.
Seems that despite choosing NTR before the game starts right now you still have to consistently go out of your way to pick the worst possible dialog options that will piss the wife off in order to get a ntr scene, so the effect is far weaker than if she cheated on a husband who actually tried his best.
