These are things like that, good projects always end up being abandoned without giving an exact reason, but I guess I would say making a game is a very committed job, dedicating a lot of time.

Game is technically not abandoned, it is indefinitely on-hold. Creator has put it on the backburner, even though they've left it untouched for almost 3 years.
