Unfortunately lacking in hentai, but end up beating the game and forget that's what you came for.
Shame really, this game is so damn hot it really deserves some explicit content.
Is there a self-acceptance ending where she doesn't transform herself at all? I mean look at her, she's already hot as fuck. Why does she even need to change anything lookswise?

Probably could play on the easiest difficulty and equally get the breast growth and shrink potions so she stays normal the whole game, but not get enough of either potion to get a full transformation.

The idea of having appearance customization dynamically reflecting your character progression and gameplay choices is neat, it reminds me of some raising sims.
Is there any other game that has similiar mechanics to this? Both with/without porn is fine, preferably with anime-style artworks like this one.

BTW, did some shady decumpiling, and modified the strong potions rate in nightmare difficulty to 100, and changed the lvup value of strong potions to 4, so you could make mixed builds easier.

I've played the first 3 from the list and my overall conclusion is that theyre average at best. The gameplay mimicks vampire survivor-like games well but the h content is quite lacking. Maybe combining these two genre is too hard without compromising one another with how much content both requires
Agreed, the concept was pretty cool and done decently well. Would have liked to see some combos of the archetypes, but oh well. I'd also like to know about any similar sorts of games, if anyone knows of any.
Agreed, they were fairly average survivor clones with little adult content. Dai Senka at least had some unique ideas that change the way it's played but it wasn't very balanced. I haven't tried Universe Treasure yet (Monster-ken actually makes some decent games that are fun to play, but likewise isn't that impressive in the adult content). That one aside this was the most entertaining take on an adult-ish survivor game, and probably has the best artwork so far. Just a shame it is only light adult themes.
Gameplay is really solid but two major changes I would make would be adding hybrid forms and being able to swap out skills from dodge to other permanent skills. Maybe an area push, or a short range teleport, or an attack on cooldown. A bit more extreme of a difference between the levels would be nice as well. They're basically unnoticeable until you hit the max.
I'm not the most knowledgeable in that area so I'll start with the most obvious. Corruption of Champions (1 and 2) and Trials in Tainted Space (all by Fenoxo) are transformation focused games. Keep in mind they are text heavy games that go far beyond just a bit of muscle or boobs growth with all kinds of body transformations.
The artist for this game has (to my knowledge) never done any explicit art, period. They'd have to hire a second artist for that. I wish they would this game is the best adult vampire survivors clone and has great art.
On the note of adult vampire survivors clones I've now tried Universe Treasure as well. It's got some good qualities and is decent overall but has some balancing and pacing issues and the adult content remains underwhelming (character and scenes are plenty hot but MonsterKen just isn't good at interweaving them into his games).

someone should definitely mod this to be NSFW there are a lot more spice images for the transformation but they are not in game

The worst part is that I'd imagine it's a common hitch for a lot of people too:
The game's lewd enough that you have to have privacy to play it, it's something you can't play if you've got family or kids over, and lewd enough to prevent YT streamers from playing it too much (which is especially bad since that's a HUGE advertising option for super cheap.)
The game's SFW enough that anyone willing to play semi-lewd games like this is simply going to play something more extreme or good, something they can wank to or feel, and even then the game's not THAT good. Even for people into TF content, there's not much there either.
