is there a changelog? seems like we only have Peach's part done, I don't know how is that a "base game done" but OK
not a rant, but maybe they can renew all the girls to the "latest version" if this makes sense. Lily still has her "gift received" dialogue mechanism where no others still use them, and the Lovezon store is still quite empty. So in my head, if we are talking about a "base" I thought it means 6 girls including Lily are all using the same base mechanism, in order for us to add more scenes to all the girls, or more girls

Seems to be bugged. I think it is supposed to unlock once her final heart lock level is reached.
Because versioning is arbitrary to anyone that isn't the dev. There's no universal structure to it.
A dev can, with complete seriousness, make a series of versions sequentially go v0.0.1>v0.0.2>v0.0.0.1>v3.0>vSalami.Sandwich>vΓ.Γ.Σ and have it make perfect sense to themselves and nobody can look at that and say it's 'wrong' versioning.
Versioning has no progression logic, it has no point of reference, it's just an index designation for internal use.
Alpha versions normally go by 0.0.x, Betas by 0.x, that's all. 0.1 > 0.0.9999
It's fixed in their last upload.
