An open-relationship path exists (I assume it's even the main focus), but if you're searching for only Gina to have several partners there will probably be two possibilities:
- As the mc you just refuse other girls, but it won't be a status thing Oliver could still see other girls if he wanted.
- You can have Gina (at least it's suggested in the last update that it will possible in the future) demand that Oliver remains faithful while she still fools around, but I guess it will only be a possibility if the femdom path is unlocked. (it's not really a spoiler but just in case people don't want to know what choices they'll have)
This kinda is my assumption, no confirmation from the dev yet.
