how do you unlock the coin park? I have like 15/19 implanted and stucked on the ranking at 5 with 75 pt and have 7 hearts, where is the last one?

Ok, how you did not unlock the bus stop??? but right, the bus stop comes from a NPC i believe but the hot baths and the shrine came from students, this means the school and you need to follow through their quests.
follow the story of these two to unlock the hot baths.
