Interesting decision. I personally prefer art over RP simply because you can be more outrageous with your images and storylines, so let's hope we see something that the original RP route couldn't provide.
Going to give it a replay and see how it fares!

Well what I mean is if in the end the MC ends up with all the girls. Whether that be all girls are his wives or girlfriends or a combination of the two.
You'll be able to sleep with mostly everyone. No plans for wives yet but that could be changed if it's something enough people want.

Nice, when I play these I usually go full harem route and just collect all the women for myself, so in the end I end up with a basically all the girls.

Apologies, man. Was a really hard decision. I may make a game in the future with real porn but decided on art for this one.
It's a bad decision. You've either just doubled your workload or your cost base. When starting out a new game, either one is pretty bad and you should really think about reverting it.

Real porn is used for a couple of reasons:

1. There is absolutely tons of materials for you to acquire

2. There is no need to work on animations, and animated games are fast becoming the expected standard of the genre.

3. People like porn which is why YouPorn is one of the world's biggest sites and hentai boorus aren't.

The downside is if you ever get popular then you might get copyright claims but that's a tiny fraction of a percent of probability and if you're big enough to attract studios attention then you already will be making enough money and have enough of a fanbase that you will be in a better position anyway to hire people to work with you.

If I remember correctly, you've put out about 10ish updates to this so far so you've already built a following based on the game you've put out. Now you've hit the reset button on that and essentially have to start from nothing again when momentum is hard to come by anyway. Almost nobody plays and contributes to porn games because of the writing or setting, it is the content style and the fetishes that attract people and in deleting one of those two pillars then your support has somewhat collapsed.

I did play this game somewhere along the line and thought that the room navigation/UI needed a drastic overhaul and that the game was going to be really challenging to develop because you'd already set out this massive but empty game world that needed filling in before any progression in the story could happen, which would be frustrating to your audience.

Seeing you make drastic changes to one of the pillars of your game without addressing fundamental design problems is not a good sign. I really think that you need to stop for a minute and then go back and think about what it was that you were originally attempting to design and if the iteration process is working for you or whether you need to be more disciplined. If nothing else, if you haven't already then sit down with Word open and try to write yourself a Design Document on what the game is supposed to look and function like and then try to follow it as best you can.

Here is an example of a one page Game Concept document that you might find useful:

And here is a template for a more fully rounded Design Document:

Hopefully these may help organise and tighten up your thoughts a little.

The huge amount of real porn games on the market seem to show that you're not understanding how people engage with adult games.

To be 100% real with you, i didn't give this game a second look when i saw the real porn tag on it. when it comes down to real porn yeah its easier but when you see an image of a girl you think is hot in one of these games chances are you'll just google porn of her and watch that instead, personally I think this was a good move to make your game feel more original and allows people to see just how hard you work and less like "i guess ill make a porn game today *googles porn images*" but that is just my opinion man. and with that said

well done and i'm looking forward to this ones development

Unfortunately, the amount of work a developer puts in does not translate to the amount of success that their product will achieve. It would be a much better world if it did. People spend money on their fetishes that are too niche to be supported elsewhere or (much rarer) the game has achieved such widespread views that you pick up enough supporters to hit a critical mass.

The adult games landscape is rapidly changing and if anything, the direction of travel is towards the low effort 1980s Atari bust cycle as poor quality overwhelms the market and users don't really know what to put money into or not. You can already see this with crowd sourcing efforts. The game and developers that got in early have a HUGE advantage in the numbers they can do in downloads, views and dollar level support as the choice was much more limited. Now the rush of low quality quick buck games with "Support me on Patreon!", and the games barely even functioning has left users much more suspicious and much more discerning about where they put their money.

The best way for developers to gain a financially viable fanbase is, in my opinion, to engage positively with the community surrounding your games and to provide consistent output over a period of months. Arguably there are some games that actually release TOO often which makes the updates feeling lacking but the once a month/once every couple of months scheduling seems ok and it sidesteps the "we can't miss you if you never go away" problem.

My advice to Sinaxxr wasn't really about real porn versus art, it was more about the necessity in picking your vision, staying the course and then grinding out the months in order to gain a better following.

Everything I said was simply my opinion and honestly not directed at you at all...
I'm sure the dev appreciate your advice and what not, I'm simply trying to show my support for the decisions he has already made, and if I didn't like his choices I just wouldn't play the game , seeing as he never really asked for advice..

But alas ill restate PERSONALLY I like the Art aspect, it shows Effort and more originality than Real port images from where ever. I don't know how much success he will have, nor am I a business major or any sort of authority to try and tell him how much success he will have.

I simply appreciate wish him luck and keep it moving...

When I first noticed this game I didn't really care for it all, but now that you've added in art which looks pretty good I'm happy to say that I look forward to future releases. Something that did annoy me was the UI, scrolling down to see text and not really being able to interact much with the characters. If you could make it more interactive with some more dialogue between the MC and the characters that would be awesome

I think the dev should hard reset all this. Way too many try an mistakes, setting Patreon and SubscribeStar from the begining with something that is less than a skeleton from a game, couldn't even consider it a demo. And now it changed all of a sudden to an art type of game from a RP game. In my opinion shit must get together, make a roadmap, and make have clear what you want to do before posting something here because it's sinking to the 1 star zone.
