Basically, the rule on this site is that the girl has to show signs that she started puberty. Which means about 2/3 of games tagged "loli" don't fit.
Enforcement of this rule can seem a little random too, which is why when a loli game appears (approved by one of the mods, of course), some are quick to grab it, because it can disappear just as suddenly.
Thoughts after finishing the game: Never thought I could hate a shota more than an Ugly Bastard, yet here this game is to prove me wrong. Good thing there's a happy ending after that

Yes, the internet is full of sites. In particular, people around here often mention ryuugames, which often steals our content, and any other content it can get its advertisement-laden fingers on.
Note that rules restricting loli content on F95 are rather unique, and other sites can often provide more extreme loli content. There are even sites that specialize in loli and shota content.

Right, loli content isn't banned here, it's restricted. Loli who aren't prepubescent are okayish under the rule #7. And F95 members are quite oblivious or friendlier about shota content.
Like here, there is shota character (visible in screen capture) and the game is not flagged by such tag and nobody write (or just of a couple of lunatics) "why shota is allowed here ?". When shota are in a game, it doesn't receive a metric tons of posts claiming for rule 7 application.
