Basically, the rule on this site is that the girl has to show signs that she started puberty. Which means about 2/3 of games tagged "loli" don't fit.
Enforcement of this rule can seem a little random too, which is why when a loli game appears (approved by one of the mods, of course), some are quick to grab it, because it can disappear just as suddenly.

Yes, the internet is full of sites. In particular, people around here often mention ryuugames, which often steals our content, and any other content it can get its advertisement-laden fingers on.
Note that rules restricting loli content on F95 are rather unique, and other sites can often provide more extreme loli content. There are even sites that specialize in loli and shota content.
