I wouldn't be too cavalier about it and depend on the fact that other games have it to protect you.
Patreon doesn't give a shit about fairness.
If your game has it and gets reported for any reason and your argument is "but this game has it" you'll likely get yourself banned and the other game too.
Better to be safe than sorry

Yes, totally. Futanari content is announced during choices.
Does the game contain incest?
No, only step-incest happened in the following versions.
For incest, you will have to wait for another version of the VN, specially dedicated to incest on subscribstar.
(Like a standalone)
Is there any beastly content? (with dog):
No, for the moment this is not planned, perhaps much later
If you ask for it. (Actualy 2 guys asked.)

Currently, on this VN and on patreon there is no incest content.
For the real incest, with his mother for example, it will be on a different version of the VN and broadcast only on subscribstar and F95.
Currently in the story, the MC's mother and sister are leaving for France. There will be a Standalone where the MC goes on vacation to join them.
But because of patreon rules, it will have to be in 2 different projects.
Like a Special Episode.

He really starts out as a loser.How much of this will be focused on harem vs ntr?
The art is really good but the MC gives off loser cuck vibes
As the versions progress, he will grow and become more and more an aplha if you take the path of the harem.
It remains to be seen if I will draw multiple versions of him. An NTR version where he remains a loser and another version where he gains muscle, he changes his haircut, his clothes etc...
I'm not sure yet.
The only thing that is fixed is that his physique will improve, his mind too.
I really think there will be 2 separate paths.
PS: I'm currently redesigning his haircut, it's really too ugly. ^^

I'm keeping the idea of doing incest-oriented content during a special episode when he visits his mother.
This way, there will be an episode totally dedicated to Son-Mom.
Like a new version. But on a separate game. Which doesn't change anything since you have to download the content with each update anyway.
Version 0.3 will still be in Walkerville.
Version 0.4 will be a special version where the MC takes a plane to visit his mother.
A totaly incest version but not available on patreon.
