As far as I saw, one had to choose futa options repeatedly. Though I'm more about seeing content than existing in a one dimensional world, don't know if selecting non-futa options led to futa content.

Wrong.
If you choose to stay at the friend's place, the "futa" gets naked wether you chose any option or not. It also interacts with the MC in the following titjob scene. There are no icons indicating anything.
If you choose to "spy on your step-family" and finish that scene first, the game simply returns to the futa strip poker afterwards.
Not wrong as I stated I didn't make those choices, it was a question, not a statement I posed.

The town is called Walkerville because it was founded by a man who is a parody of WalkerTexasRanger (Chuck Noris) and there is a statue of him in the center of town.
