Same. Would be nice to see a fix or something for whatever is going on here. Every time I try to progress through the shopping trip, I get told I left the drinks behind. What's going on?
Found a workaround. It's crude, but it works: Download a previous version of the game, get past the purchases at the grocery store, than load up the up to date version of the game. Until the bug is fixed, this bypasses it.

from the itch changelog page.I don't mind AI especially if it's good but only the lord knows why a Patreon dev with 5k patreons needs to use AI. Then again this is the dev that can't even be bothered to give default names to characters so I don't know what I was expecting.
Why would someone with more or less subscribers need to use AI? In this case the dev stated he likes to play around with AI tools and it makes animating stuff faster and easier (and more shit looking lmao).
As for the names, I dont see where the problem is. Ive seen alot of porn VNs where you can rename the characters, so whats the difference if the dev choses some default name or if the name is just taken from a random name pool if you can rename them anyway however you like whenever you like
It makes it confusing to talk about characters. Randomly generated names also often don't fit the characters and considering how often this game forces me to restart the entire game due to broken scenes it becomes painful to even remember the randomly assigned names. I understand the relationship picker because he wants to skirt patreon rules but other than that most names just don't fit.
As for AI the argument for AI would be that if a dev doesn't make enough money they would use it to help speed up development however he's clearly making enough to do this as a full time job yet but he's still willing to sacrifice quality for speed which is something people shouldn't want. The only case people would like AI at this level of income is generating unimportant backgrounds so he can spend more time drawing characters.
Speaking of which the fact that the dev uses a generic paperdoll system also "speeds up development" while sacrificing quality but honestly it'd be much better if they weren't so generic and actually looked more like they do in actual scenes because as much as a chibi lover I am the difference is a bit jarring especially when sprites could be used to give characters more personality.
Still no fix for the shop at the start? BC here y'all talking only about AI and the tag policy on f95 and tbh get your own thread
The dev isn't here the fuck you want us to do? lol someone already posted the previous version and if you use that you can get past that scene
A workaround has already been suggested, get a previous version of the game and play until after that event happened, save your progress, get the newest version and then continue from your last save
If you have 0x52_URM installed, you can jump past the bug by hitting "Alt + O" and typing:

What's the point of like, half of the choices? I mean, they all give lust which seems to be useless as it just depletes once it gets to 100, so it ends up forcing you to just pick the love options, honestly sucks imo as I personally prefer picking the flirty options as much as possible in games.

Love is a permanent stat which makes it easier to get lust and can probably be used to see some other scenes at some point
Lust is temporary and will be what you need to see repeatable sexual scenes. The game just lacks those right now.
IIRC the only thing using it right now is the sister masturbating after being sick.
Lust decay stops you being able to get sexual with girls you aren't pursuing enough.

That's right, but you're the one generalizing everyone who has criticisms as bad actors and are then telling them to leave in the most roundabout way possible.
So maybe take your own advice and respectfully disagree but do not invalidate the opinions of others just because you don't think their views are valid... in your opinion.
The hyprriticalness is off the charts and I say that as someone who is is not immediately anti-ai (I just hate how it's being widely made and used atm).

Nearly all choices gives intimacy, even ones that pisses off a character.
Some choices gives love but no lust.
Some choices gives lust but no love.
Some choices gives more love than lust.
Some choices gives more lust than love.
Some actually have difference in CG, so in those cases I just always go for the flirty options (even if it pisses of sister) because I can just gather the other stats later anyway.
