It's been some time but I don't think so. I vaguely remember that there's a item you can get in the bedroom on the left that you can use elsewhere that will lead you into the "secret" locked door in the résidentiel area.

Edit : Nevermind, yes there is, you need to give all of the wanted item to a succ at the bar in the left part of the floor
