Like reid said, definitely SCC, though it's not western. Another non western title is the OLD Wicked Rouge, has lots of stuff in this vein.

Brothel Megacorp has some stuff, but not a focus.

Love & Vice has LOTS of scenarios like this.

Episode 1 had that, and was real hit and miss, story-wise and graphics too, but towards the end, there were other women, and the dev got better too. The game got better in Episode 2, but you have to play Ep1 to get there. The game has quite a few kinks, and I wouldn't say it's a love story at all, lol.
Only posted as a response to a request, not a recommendation to other players in this thread.

I think Secret Care Cafe hits the mark, in a way, though its aesthetics are probably too anime for this list, it's been mentioned several times. Not your typical VN but the mechanics are cool. It seems to me like the pace of new events is good enough that the game flows nicely without feeling too grindy.

I don't mind the graphics or the grind of Secret Care, its that I've tried to play twice and can't figure out how to actually progress in the game and make money while not screwing everything up. Its a pretty complicated game at just managing everything, and making that work with the sexy side seems too complicated.

Brothel Megacorp has a lot of good things going for it. I love the sex aspects, but I just wish that beyond the training and one-on-one stuff with the MC, that it had an equal focus on the girls hooking up with other clients and getting fucked, but the dev puts sooooo much work into all of the other aspects that I don't really care about or enjoy (or sometimes understand, even) instead. To me, the bones of the game where there, but the focus just went way in the wrong direction.

To me, games that focus on the mechanics, just get far too complicated and deep, and devs seem to get so wrapped up in the management aspect, that the game loses any other reason for existence, and to be honest, I am here for the result, not the grind.
I don't wanna sit belting combinations on my keyboard for five hours wondering just how to get a 4 second H-scene, that is probably not great anyway.

Yeah 100% this - everytime i check back on it there's news of "New harem pregnancy milking farm path!!" and im just like ugh whatever!

Like you said all the pieces are there, but for a game about running a brothel as a business, oddly the whole 'prostitutes having sex with others', while present, definitely takes a backseat.

Ummmm kinda? It's hard to say, since the game is more schizophrenic at this point than anything else, jumping between a myriad amount of storylines.

IMO, this game jumped the shark. There's this weird parallel story with other characters that doesn't need to be there and a number of choices don't seem to matter.

I think that there's a sweet spot where both can mix and make the other better. Some do it well. But the key is that the management can't be too difficult or obtuse. It needs to be simple and easy to understand, so that the player sees progress with what they're doing, and knows what they need to do in order to achieve/unlock the next steps. With some of these games, there's sometimes a conversation within the thread where the dev and some gamers are talking about these high level business concepts that seem great to them, but likely go over the head of almost everyone else who doesn't have experience in that field. I'm much more of a "do this, earn this, do that, earn that" kind of guy. I like the sense of achievement from putting the time in, and it helps make it so that the game isn't just an endless sequence of sex scenes, but there's an art to getting it right.

I think it's fine if there are like "quest" mechanics involved, where a player can achieve a result by following a clear set of steps on a certain path towards that goal, - that doesn't depend on having done five or six other mini-quests that have nothing directly to do with that goal, but somehow preclude you from going past a certain point. Even worse is when each of those steps or mini-goals are time-fixed to one particular slot per week game-time or whatever, so that you can't do anything at all until that whole week rolls around again, not even play some other part of the game, because they are all inter-locked as key components.
Like who gives a fuck if Jenny has got the red dress on Monday night from the tailor that she asked for on Thursday morning, before Johnny can ask her for a date on Sunday afternoon, provided he has already eaten his oats for breakfast on Tuesday, after earning the money to buy them on the Saturday afternoon before that? Otherwise he can only kiss the fat old woman on the porch 15 times in one week to avoid eating the oats. WTF???

Both of BBBen's games have a mechanic where you can lend your girls to another guy. Both games have a medium-paced corruption with the other guy.

Pervert Action: Timelapse
In Timelapse, he gives you updates on their dates and then later after they have been seeing each other a bit, you can catch him and your girls together in various scenes.

Pervert Action: Legacy
In Legacy, lending the girls out has an in-game benefit of increasing their training. You spy on them during and, later, you can catch them fooling around they've been 'corrupted' enough.

The art style and gameplay are "unique" but I found the investment into both games to be worth my time. I haven't found another game that does the lending of your girl as well/as hot as either of these. I'd kill for similar recommendations.

Wondering if Alice in Wonderland is a good fit for the list despite the NTR-ish bent. You have a lot of control over what happens to your wife and it might scratch the sharing itch even its in early stages, despite the current unwillingness of your character to see gross old Hollywood producers and dickhead actors touch your girl. It's a lot like Misfits, which is already on the list.

I think Slow Burn games is pretty underrated on this website. The writing is questionable sometimes but that's the majority of WEGs, and their games have the benefits of

1. Being pretty reactive to your choices
2. Containing light but numerical systems to determine outcomes (love points, money etc)
3. Emphasis on gross old man content which is much rarer in WEG games than it is in Japanese NTR/NTS
4. Female characters without the increasingly unescapable cartoon hourglass figure + watermelon tits look
5. Reliable update schedules leading to finished games

Twelve Days of Christmas is a favorite of mine and it just doesn't get a lot of love.

To each their own of course, but I must warn you that the gross old men in the East Block have been circling for a while now and it's really only a matter of time (months? years?) before they strike. Plus they're extra gross.
