BILH: I liked the new character model, I didnt mind the phone segment as much as other people, however it was still somewhat cumbersome due to the way he coded it making everything a new screen that couldnt be tabbed through; lots of laborious clicking.

LSS: Haven't checked out all the paths yet, did 1 last night of no-ann-gf but corrupt, ann was meh, vanessa end scene was good, enjoyed the new Emily hangout scene but it needed more (that was one of the most barenaked milkery-feeling scenes I've ever encountered).

Should "forced sharing" be in the same category as "sharing"?

Just played 30 minutes of a very popular game and got a loser MC that feels insecure from the first moment. Keeps giving his wife involuntary hints that she's not sexy enough for him to parade in front of his friends and she takes his hints at face value, so he's never again in control of the situation and the game becomes about his wife's cuckoldress fantasy. The most "beta" MC I've tried to play in months. I wanted to see what the fuss was all about with that game, if characters evolved as you played, but a loser MC paired with a wife that gets off on humiliating him is all there was. Not saying there can't be games like that, it probably satisfies sadistic cravings in people who enjoy bullying and self-insert into his wife or "friends" instead.

I do love a good slut of a wife, some games get that right, but this one isn't even playful, she's heartless and egoistic - the game is about HER fantasy of cucking him, not at all about him having any fun in the process. There's zero empathy and tension in their first sex scene, just ego bashing. And to top it all off, the MC is portrayed as such a clumsy, insecure loser, he deserves it!

So, back to the beginning: sharing is definitely not the same as cuckoldry, and I must do a bit of self-penitence because the game DOES have the "netorare" tag and NOT the "sharing" tag, which is correct. Claiming there are two different paths "that are not that different" is what I find a bit deceitful, better just admit the game is about unavoidable cuckoldry, and there should really be a tag for that. I think MC humiliation is more closely related to "hard NTR" than to consensual sharing, unless it's very well contextualized in a playful event that doesn't shape the MC as a loser. That's what "blurring the lines" means to me, not writing a cuckold story and calling it something else.

To me it depends on whether the wife/gf is behaving someway because (a) she thinks bf/husband/mc likes it or (b) for her own selfishness. The behaviors themselves are less important, having said that personally I'm not big into the hard humilation cuckoldry genre.

But that first distinction determines whether I'd consider it a 'sharing' game and include it here. Something like "Let the Nightshine In" is to me the premiere example of case (b), despite dev and fans insisting it's partially (a). The only example of (a) I can think of off the top of my head is that short game "One night in college" from my list - she humiliates him but afterwards communicates openly about how it was all part of the fantasy.

Overall, case (a) is extremely rare, made moreso by the ntr/fem protag fandom's penchance for doormat males who get ruthlessly bullied/deceived by their wife/gf.

To me it depends on whether the wife/gf is behaving someway because (a) she thinks bf/husband/mc likes it or (b) for her own selfishness. The behaviors themselves are less important, having said that personally I'm not big into the hard humilation cuckoldry genre.

That's my point as well. Even if the wife weren't intent on humiliating the MC out of cruelty, if she does it out of being oblivious to his feelings and focused on her horniness, all the while unconvincingly saying she's only doing it because he loves it, till you can't tell if it's sarcasm, it comes out as hard humiliation. Feels like it's intended as a parody of swinging/sharing games.

Yeah I only go as far as Steam it's cheap enough that if it becomes abandoned o well , I like it enough for Steam.

Speaking of Yakuza about to get back into that series I want to play the new one that came out cause pirate Majima = instant buy but im only on Yakuza 3 so I got a bit to go.

Yeah I bought a bundle during the last Summer Sale I think after giving Y0 a second chance and I loved now I own all the games but the pirate one. I even bought their spin off Samurai game that just inserts the Yakuza character models into a different kind of story / game. I took a break after beating Y0 / Y1 and Y2 figure best not to burn out by playing the entire series too quickly. Plus nice to leave some good games to mix in between the bad since gaming have gone to shit now days and only older games are good anymore

I fully agree with you. If I have any "complaint" about it, is the fact that it's not clearly presented as what it is, leading some to try what's not for them. To their credit, the game shows its true colours from the very first line, you only waste as much time as you need to decide if it's for you, or be convinced it's really not going anywhere else. But some of the "happy followers" have shown "we don't care what you like" type of hostility to people who comment there. I asked a few questions before downloading, got pretty cool replies that answered them, then it all got caught in the middle of what was deemed to be "fledgling flame wars", my posts and their replies got removed (among many others) by moderators in a sweep. Ended up having a decent discussion with the mods privately, but got the feeling that the thread is flagged as "maximum surveillance zone".

Deliverance deserves being at the top of this list. One thing I liked about it was that the MC and his LI maintained a healthy, steamy sex life throughout the entire game. I find it a nice belt to hang on to that helps me enjoy the game, no matter how far they take it, even if the LI makes a sport of poking at the boundaries set in their arrangement with the MC, or even breaking them. Currently playing another game (again won't mention which, let you guys guess) where, in the sharing route, the author seems to have "forgotten" to include sex between the MC and their LI. It's even more unnerving because the LI is hot and the MC should be fucking her day and night.

I never played BILH until its build just before this update, and played it straight through. I enjoyed it.
It felt complete at that point, or at least like I had seen the whole "story".
Am not interested in an "NTR Update - stage one" continuation of what I saw as an NTS story, so I will wait for quite some time to play it again...maybe.

Italian Slut Wife is just one NTR trap after another, at EVERY choice presented. But, I don't like any of them, at all. So, no sale.....unless someone tells me that Vanessa will be my full-time cuckqueen/sharing LI, then hell yeah.

yeah truthfully only reason I like the game alot is cause I love teasing and while the NTS is borderline NTR my viewpoint is as long as she is truthful and honest to the MC I can forgive her breaking the deal but yeah it's really shitty for a so called NTS path. As I feel like you have to be a real tolerant or forgiving person like myself to even really call it NTS. Only reason I even call it borderline NTS and not NTR is cause of how she tells him about it and since there is apparently a NTR path just to not confuse the 2 paths lol. Yeah for me I play LSS more for the non sharing path if im being honest. Sharing for me in that game is just for the sake of seeing the content but not really interested in it. The sharing just doesn't work for me beyond hot scenes in LSS.
