I've tried many different game engines for AVNs and only like Ren'Py games. The others just don't work for me.

I do miss URM and not knowing what's going on in other engines
Twine/sugarcube and qsp you can still check the source code but it's not as convenient. And there are savegame editors that work with those, but I think are sometimes prone to beaking (because those html savegames run code themselves). Wish there were a universal mod for unreal. Hate RAGS and RPGM to a fault.Just make sure to do the sveta path early! (blonde gf with apartment in chuk or whatever) also, a lot of stuff is conditioned on that lady you work for as a model in the mall.Seriously, it's fun, unlike RAGS, which I can't stand. But greatly depends on the game, can't think of more than 3 QSP games I enjoyed, and Girl Life is the only one I return to, and even made some content for.
Cool, it's been updated, and the english translation, too! Last time I tried it, translation was several version numbers behind the original, but you had to download the original game for the visual assets. And it wasn't a great translation, more like machine translation, unless I'm mistaking it with another game. If these things have changed, I'm ready to download the 17GB yet again
Yah and separately the QSP engine is totally usuable here, everything is pretty crisp, runs fast, easy to click. The hard part is all the variable names are in russian and walkthrough isn't detailed for some segments

This wasn't so clear back when I played, version 0.2 or something. Now they make it perfectly clear with example screenshots and all! Methinks, the masses doth protest loudly
I'm sure I went for the slut route and that's what got me the negative impression of the game, toy is just not the first word that comes to mind when I think of sharing. Just hope the dom MC in the toy/NTS path still cares about the girls enough to make the teasing work when they shareGeez....maybe I really am bent....
I would have option 1 & 2 the other way around, if I had to call it between the two words....without the dev saying (this is NTR path, this is NTS path)

When I first played it, the choices didn't have any defining, accompanying illustrations, as I remember it, and yeah, I would say those labels are not clear, at all...dev's descriptions are sometimes really bent too, so maybe it's not just me?

Well, I haven't played it lately, I admit, because that choice lead me astray, but even using URM to ensure he had full dom points, Randall is/was always a wimp, no matter what happens. All the action that I could get was really initiated by the girls appearing friendly because of some prior choice, not because "I want this" was the lead-in...I still would have preferred a bit more of romantic elements in the sharing path (but I guess that "my toy" as label somewhat precludes that). Could be that you get other choices if on the right path (not NTR)? We'll see. So far he seems like just a perv and an idiot. If he still fails to get his dick wet because he's too busy bossing the girls to fuck his friends, I'll quit this game for good.
Which is a pity, because the theme is not widely used. I'm not a fan of bimbo stuff, but the idea that a love interest might get a boob job, a confidence boost and the attention of every guy that walks by is good. I'd rather it were her decision, without requiring encouragement, and even better if it were a surprise. But everything else, I'd still prefer to see framed within the couple dynamics, with much teasing and games played, but no actual "open" relationship or free pass. Needless to say, mother or "landlady" sharing isn't my thing, either. With that premise, how can the MC not be a repressed pervert?

But from what I played, he is essentially cuck-material apart from the harem path, though even that choice wasn't immediately apparent from the wording used at the time. I lucked into it somehow, after giving up some pretty obvious cuck-style actions/choices (and URM)
Just another dev, playing very loosely with what is and what isn't "sharing"...
The screengrabs I've seen from S2 suggest it might be a bit easier now though.

YES. YOU. ARE. Dev time and resources are limited. You are taking what could be spent on what I like, to be spent on what you like. And the problem is: there are already way more games designed for you, with "story/easy mode", than games that are designed do be difficult. You already have more than enough. You will never be able to play them all. So stay in your lane and stop trying to change our small niche genre for yourself.
This 100% applies to NTR/NTS thing.
Completely with you on the subject. I can't speak for other Dev's but I personally can't see the attraction to humiliation so it won't be included in my stuff. Time and resources is another factor. As a one man team I don't have the resources to add another path, effectively another story, into my stuff. I can admire the skill in which some Dev's can combine both in a single game. it seems to me that more commonly the non-humiliation side gets the short end of the stick as the Dev struggles to tell an exciting story about simply sharing, ignoring all the various challenges that a sharing couple face. Well, I for one, applaud you for your stance on this.
And agree that telling a story that is both complex and engaging, without resorting to the "easy road" of humiliation and cuckoldry, is much more involved and satisfying, when a dev uses his imagination to convey the nuances between couples when they are equal partners in new experiences. Rather than one half being the focus of activity,the one with all the positive energy, and the other being the cast-off, suffering in a negative light. Its only half of a good story in comparison.

I think I'll have to hand it to you, already wasted 3 hours or so into this game (barely reading) on the dom NTS path, this MC isn't real... He's hostile to every woman, even those who are literally hitting on him. Jacks off on a daily basis but hasn't got any real action, meanwhile he gets off on collecting pictures to send to that nerd friend of his, Theo. What kind of "sharing" is this supposed to be, he really *IS* going to be having his girls fucked by other guys and not getting any for himself? Can't see how this can be fun as a game, or hot, or anything other than frustrating. Maybe the romance path is worth something as a harem game, but the sharing path really isn't.Just another dev, playing very loosely with what is and what isn't "sharing"...

The sharing path in Season 1 sucked. Only guy she was shared with was his friend Theo. Pathetic.

Yeah it's kind of why I don't play that one for sharing but just Sue tho I don't mind sharing with Theo since I do like the idea of nerdy friend getting some even if he is a bit of a perv and creep. I do however want more options I just don't mind him having some fun along the way just not the main sharing option. So I hope S2 adds a new option. Cause other than Theo I think it was random's
So, yeah, back in teh day, she was apparently an easy slut, getting lots of action.
In S1, she is only an NTR for Max, or a "share" with Theo, which is essentially Randall getting cucked both times. Hardly a "sharing" path, even though that is what that path was called OG. Randall gets some action with her at the end, but then she runs away, lol.
S2 better up its game, a lot...and I see she has now come back, so maybe??...

Randos beat a steady bull any day of the week! Still, when you say "nerdy friend getting some", what I anticipate is that he and those randos will be getting all... FFS the game has been going on for longer than some games have in total, and the MC still hasn't been inside of anyone. And he's been getting messages from his ex-girlfriend who's begging him to fuck her, and all that he thinks about is getting her to send him sexy pictures, so he can forward them to Theo. It's too infuriating to even keep playing, hoping things will change for the better further on.
What about his ex, is she "sharing"-only, too, or does Randall fuck her senseless every damned day?
in my playthrough, he was banging her stupid, every time she visited, and he was getting her to fuck randos too, twice, as I recall. She is the slut that Sue should be...

I still need to play the sharing path properly I only kind of went through it quickly to see what content is there since saves break all the time , in the past. So I don't trust this dev to play it properly yet tho I suppose I can for S1. But I recall there is a good amount of forced sex / lewd scenes in S1 which was something I didn't like at all especially with Lucia. I honestly don't care if the MC gets less action than other guys as the game goes on. For 2 reasons.
Now this is before the rework. But in my mind I always was under the impression the sharing path was more like the MC being a pimp at least that's the way it felt to me when you made the choice. So if that is what the dev is going for , I don't mind if he gets less action in fact it's something I expect it if that is really how the dev sees that path.
For reason #2 it's just the way I play sharing games. I don't really like my MC to sleep around with anyone all that much but his partners in the sharing game. So I don't mind if he gets none in sharing scenes as long as gets some outside of that.
But yeah from what ive seen of the sharing path with missing alot of context behind the scenes it felt rather disappointing it's why I don't really play it for the sharing aspect at all. At least not now as I don't see it getting better till somewhere around midway - the end of S2 if it ever does.
