For me, the pregnancy aspect is more about humiliation. Either she gets pregnant accidentally, or secretly and intentionally, or because she doesn't care.
If the husband voluntarily agrees to the pregnancy, I personally find it rather boring in a cuckold game.
Does anyone know of a good game involving pregnancy, as I have described?

But if I remember correctly, the husband is the one who decides whether they should keep trying or bring someone else into their lives; the wife doesn't make the call, which is why there are multiple endings
The bull basically takes the wife because she’s in love with him and makes it known he’s way better in almost every aspect including being able to have kids. Yeah MC is the one who suggests wifey have kids ol’ natural, but it’s mainly NTR in the end

That's one way to look at it...
There are other endings though, if the husband decides to say no (early ending) or doesn't like it...
The first time I read that one, the story ended in about 5-10 minutes...
I was disappointed Dimajio didn't give the same say no to this ridiculous premise early ending in Pineapple Express, which does have a somewhat early ending, but you still can't say no before the story gets going like in Make Me Happy...

Whenever pregnancy is involved, NTR/Cuckolding is always present, and since pregnancy/cuckolding isn't my cup of tea, this game isn't either—just personal preference

All start with the boyfriend encouraging her to make adult content on a adult platform, but obviously he is eager to share her with other men, so it's will be probably an excuse for to tell a lie to himself.
There is a choice to make all the steps together or let her free to make her own decisions (cheating?), it's hinted that there will be bimbofication, i'm hoping optional because i don't like it at all.
The game is at the beginning but could be a gem, hoping that the Dev will not abandon it (working on 2 games is very hard)

you know what is funny I used to hate that content too but after playing My Bimbo Dream kind of made me interested in it only in an AVN format. tho considering it's AI probably will go way to far with it where I hate it. As a concept I like it but the finale result will probably be either mixed or I hate it haha

So, yeah, you'll at minimum have to "share" her.
I realize some (like me) still want the option to say no (at least to some, like hobos, ugly bastards, and douche bags...lol), but in that type of game, why is someone playing it if they're going to say no all the time...
Same. I hope that will be optional, because if it ain't, that's when it'll lose me.

yeah fake stuff only bothers me if it goes to far I could care less if it's fake or not as long as I like the character. id probably even put up with a character that goes to far to the extreme side of it if the game makes me like them enough.
With that being said I only like stuff like Bimbofication / the LI getting fake tits or whatever as something that is optional or part of a corruption style path. Otherwise id prefer they stay natural.
