just some thoughts on it so far
water game goes to fast to do much
if you throw water on your sis 2 times she auto wins
you get coins and level up but nothing saying what it does

it is a good game i just do not like or care for pee parts *not my cup of tee*
would be nice for a optional blurry ffor it
also showing what the drink bar is and what is the arousal bar is would be nice

In the yard, press the up button if I recall correctly.
You'll have to access the shop I suppose, there's an item for that.

It's tagged with animation as well, both of which are what this game is made up of. We wont know for sure until one of his supporters lets us know though.
